Practice information

We help people with a range of different health and wellness problems by providing a range of one-to-one therapy treatments.
Our physiotherapists will help you if you are struggling with pain and movement problems. All of our treatments are tailored to your specific needs.

Our Chartered Physiotherapists undertake a thorough assessment of each problem. This will involve a full case history and examination usually lasting up to 60 minutes. Taken together with an understanding of your work, rest and recreational activities, this will help identify your problem(s), which in some circumstances may be situated some distance from where the pain is felt.

It also ensures that the diagnosis and treatment will relate to you and your whole lifestyle.

After full consultation with you and, where appropriate, with your doctor, the Chartered Physiotherapist will decide on the best form of treatment. Follow-up treatment sessions will normally last up to 30 minutes.

It is always advisable to seek treatment as soon as possible. Early treatment can mean a quick recovery, with less time off work, activities and daily tasks.
